Full Service landscape maintenance

Standard landscape maintenance services include:

  • Mowing

  • Weed control (in turf and beds)

  • Shrub and ground cover pruning

  • Managing canopy of trees to 10 feet

  • Monofilament trim (where required)

  • Edging of yard and bed lines

  • Leaf and litter removal

Enhanced landscape maintenance

These additional services are available at no extra cost:

  • Annual spray of Neem oil and application of systemic fungicide to Crape Myrtle trees

  • Fertilization and application of  pre-emergent in all beds (twice per year)

  • Fertilization of turf (three times per year)

  • Pre-emergent herbicide on turf (twice per year)

  • Manual spraying of weeds in turf (as needed)

  • Monthly inspection reports on irrigation system

Additional services

  • Seasonal color installation two to three times per year (based upon customer preference)

  • Mulch installation

  • Landscape enhancements

  • Plant replacement

  • Tree trimming (provided by an arborist)

  • Licensed irrigation repair
